Why your Garmin workout is not appearing

If a RunSync workout does not appear in Garmin Connect or on your watch, check connection state, delivery timing, permissions, and device compatibility first.

Check Garmin connection status

Open the Garmin page in RunSync and confirm the connection is healthy.

Reconnect Garmin if the page reports missing permissions, an expired connection, or a failed verification.

Allow time for delivery

Garmin sync is not always instant. Wait a few minutes, refresh Garmin Connect, and sync your watch.

If the workout was scheduled, confirm the planned date is correct and retry from Calendar where available.

Review the workout

Very unusual structures or unsupported targets may not behave the same on every Garmin device.

Try a simpler workout with warm-up, intervals, recoveries and cool-down to confirm the connection works.
