RunSync Cadence Privacy Policy

RunSync Cadence may collect or use the following information:

• App usage data: basic information about how the app is used, such as app launches, feature usage, errors and crash logs.
• Workout data: cadence targets, interval structures, workout names, workout steps and related training-session information used within the app.
• Account data: if you sign in with a RunSync account, the app may use your account identifier, such as your email address, to connect the app to your RunSync account.
• Sync data: if you use RunSync.app to send workouts to RunSync Cadence, the app may receive workout and cadence details from your RunSync account.
• Device data: basic device and app information, such as Android version, app version and device model, where needed for diagnostics, security and support.

RunSync Cadence does not collect advertising identifiers for third-party advertising.

We use your data to:

• Provide the core RunSync Cadence app experience.
• Display and run cadence-based workouts and interval sessions.
• Sync workouts and cadence targets from RunSync.app where you choose to use that functionality.
• Maintain, debug and improve the app.
• Provide support and respond to technical issues.
• Protect the security and reliability of the RunSync service.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

RunSync Cadence can be used as a free Android app.

Some features may work alongside a RunSync account or RunSync Pro subscription, such as the ability to create workouts in RunSync.app and send the workout and associated cadence targets to RunSync Cadence.

Where you use these features, RunSync Cadence may exchange the minimum information needed with RunSync.app to provide the requested sync functionality.

Data associated with your RunSync account is handled by the RunSync service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure communication between the app and RunSync services.

Where account, workout or sync data is stored by RunSync, it is stored securely in EU/UK-based systems where possible and handled in line with the main RunSync privacy policy.

RunSync Cadence may use third-party services for app distribution, diagnostics, crash reporting, analytics, authentication, hosting or infrastructure.

These services are used only where needed to operate, secure and improve the app.

RunSync Cadence does not use third-party advertising networks.

If you connect RunSync.app to other platforms, such as Garmin Connect or similar services, that connection is managed through RunSync.app and is covered by the main RunSync privacy policy.

RunSync Cadence only requests Android permissions that are needed for app functionality.

Depending on the features you use, this may include permissions for notifications, audio playback, foreground activity, network access or other app-related functions.

You can manage app permissions through your Android device settings.

RunSync Cadence is not intended for children under 13.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can request deletion of your RunSync account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below.

If RunSync Cadence stores local workout or app data on your device, you can also remove it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the app or RunSync.app.
