Delete your RunSync account
You can permanently delete your RunSync account and associated data at any time.
Option 1 - Request deletion by email
To request account deletion, email:

Please send your request from the email address associated with your RunSync account.
Use the subject: Account deletion request
We may need to verify your identity before deleting your account.
Option 2 - In the app, when available
When in-app account deletion is available for your account, you can use this flow:
- Sign in to RunSync.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
If the Delete account option is unavailable or does not complete, use the email request option above.
What is deleted?
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- your RunSync account
- profile information
- saved workouts
- training plans
- training preferences
- Garmin connection and stored access tokens
- AI-generated workouts associated with your account
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
